GENERAL 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online, we accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In our brick and mortar, we accept the above mentioned along with cash or check (with valid IN driver's license).

Do you charge sales tax?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Indiana.
For all orders placed within the state of Indiana, a sales tax of 7% does apply.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?

Your card or PayPal account will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

Where are your products made?

All of our greeting cards and most of our tees and signs are designed and manufactured in our Farmhouse Charm Studio in Evansville, Indiana. We pride ourselves on helping to support and promote other handmade businesses as well. Currently, our inventory includes approximately 15% antiques/vintage items, 45% handmade, and 40% large wholesale vendor orders. We hope to eventually carry 65-75% handmade items that are manufactured in the USA. 

Are your products sold in any other stores?

Yes! We are very blessed to have several stockists that carry our greeting cards. To see if there is a location near you, click HERE.

 ORDERS, RETURNS, + EXCHANGES

When can I expect my order to ship? 

After the order is placed:
Greeting Cards ship within 1-3 days business days
Other Non-Personalized Items ship within 3-5 business days
Personalized Items ship within 5-10 business days.
Wholesale Orders ship within 7-10 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

All of our orders ship via USPS either First Class or Priority. Individual greeting cards ship in a protective sleeve placed in a secure, chipboard mailer. Other orders will ship in a sturdy box with items protected with either bubble wrap or eco-friendly peanuts.

After shipment, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

For domestic orders, Priority Mail is usually delivered in 1-3 days. First Class delivery is generally 3-5 days. International orders may take 1-3 weeks. Unfortunately, sometimes USPS goofs up and shipping times are extended. In this case, The Farmhouse Charm cannot be responsible for delays in shipment or missed deadlines. 

How can I find out the status of my order?

Please feel free to email our customer service team at orders@thefarmhousecharm.com, and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order. 

What is The Farmhouse Charm's return policy?

The unused and unopened order may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Apparel in its original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with tags attached) may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 

Used, opened, or final sale items cannot be returned.

When will my return be refunded?

Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

How does the custom ordering service work?

Once you place your personalized order, a member of our team will email you within 24 hours to confirm your details. Once you have confirmed the details and accepted the proof, we will begin the order. Once your custom order is confirmed, it will be non-refundable.

Can I use a personalized or custom image you create as a logo or artwork for my blog?

 All digital images, templates, and custom designs used during the proofing process are the sole property of The Farmhouse Charm and cannot be used for personal logos or artwork for your blog without expressed permission.  How long does it take to receive personalized orders?

Custom orders typically ship out within 5-10 business days after you confirm your details and approve the proof

 What if I need to cancel my personalized order?

After placing your personalized order, we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm and approve your details, the order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.

Is a personalized item eligible for returns?

After final approval and confirmation of the details of your order, we cannot accept returns due to any all errors. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If you discover an error after proof approval, an additional charge will be required for a reprint. 

If I order other items from The Farmhouse Charm website in addition to my personalized item, will everything ship together? 

Possibly, but unlikely. We want you to have your items as fast as possible, so unless we can get all products completed within a 5-day time frame,  we will go ahead and ship out your non-personalized items separately. Your personalized item(s) will follow shortly.
